01 / Context

Every team works from the same instructions.

Your goals, audience research and brand guidance stay attached to the work at every step.

02 / ROLES

The right role at each step.

In this example: a content planner, a writer, a brand editor and an SEO reviewer.

03 / APPROVAL

Your team decides.

You approve the finished deliverable. You can also review the plan or the first draft. Send work back with a note when it needs changes.

03 / APPROVAL, IN PRACTICE

Your team decides what gets published.

Approval is a real check. In this example, the reviewer catches a claim the campaign cannot back up. The AI team revises the copy, and the reason for the change is saved with the work.

01 / REJECT THE CLAIM

“Stop Every Cloud Breach”

Maya rejects the first draft. The headline promises a result the campaign cannot prove.

02 / REVISE

“See Your Cloud Exposure”

The AI agent rewrites the headline from Maya's note and adds a clearer next step: “Book a Live Demo.”

03 / Approve the revision

Version two. Approved.

Maya approves the new copy. The paid media team starts the next step with that decision on record.

04 / Follow the campaign

See how each task connects to the rest of the campaign: research, writing, approval, launch, results and the next round.

CubicOS FAQ

What is CubicOS?

CubicOS is a multi-agent orchestration platform for marketing teams at cybersecurity and technology companies, built by Cubic Squared. AI agent teams execute the work: SEO, content, social, paid ads, email and more. Your marketers direct them and approve the finished work.

Do we need to build or maintain the AI agents?

No. The AI agent teams come ready to use. Cubic Squared builds, trains and updates them as AI models and tools change. Each step runs on the AI model best suited to it, and when models change, we update the teams.

Does it replace our marketers?

No. It gives them more capacity. The AI agent teams need your marketers' direction and feedback to do good work, and your marketers get drafts, research and campaigns back fast. A small team gets the output of a much larger one.

What does CubicOS know about our company?

What you give it: your brand guide, positioning, past work and company knowledge. It is stored in your workspace, used on every task, and it grows with every task.

How do approvals work?

Approval of the finished deliverable is on by default. You can also review the plan or the first draft. As a team proves itself, you decide, job by job, which work can go out without your approval, and you can turn approval back on at any time.

What happens when we reject something?

Tell the team why. The next version is built from your note and the previous draft. Work you approve becomes the example for next time, so the more you use CubicOS, the better it gets.

Can we see what the agents did and what it cost?

Yes. Every task has an audit log: each step, what it produced, which AI model did it, what it cost and how many tokens it used.

How do we assign work?

Create a task in Asana, use the task wizard, or ask the CMO chat. Describe the goal, the audience, any specifics and the deliverable you need, the way you'd brief a person.
